Of course, you know about bread talk. There are a lot of shops in the mall.
Today, I bought a bread at the bread talk.
The bread was named "Earthquake toast ".
Why was it named earthquakes, it was just cheese bread. That's funny 😆

A Noodle Story@Amoy street food centre

Hi.
The last article of Amoy tour is"A Noodle Story".

They served only 1menu, it was noodle.
I was almost full, so I had small size $ 5.9.

Topping was spring egg and prawn wonton , crispy potato wrapped prawn and cha-su pork. They were all yummy.
I don't like this noodle, I prefer egg noodle like Kajiken.
And soup was too mild, I like more salty.
Anyway, this noodle was good for hawker centre.

This is the 2nd article of Amoy street food centre.
It's curry puff. Do you like it?I like it so-so.

I had crispy chicken curry puff $1.2 at J2 crispy curry puff .
As you know, it was crispy and good taste. I couldn't stop eating.
I've hooked on curry puff 😋

Hello, TGIF!  Weekend is coming.

In Singapore, I have to eat a lot of kind of food. So I'm busy every day 😅
This time I tried to eat at Amoy street food centre.
There are some Michelin stall.

I had rice dumplings at HOO KEE BAK CHANG.
Original was chestnut and pork$2.8
Salted egg yolk was added with original $ 3.6
Mashrooms added with original $3.6

It was wrapped with  bamboo leaf, and pork was soft, 4-5 pieces of chestnut were inside it.
It was so yummy. This food  is worth eating . Thanks.

Hello!

Today's post is about my favourite sweets shop "Pantler ".
Of course You know it, don't you?

I like strawberry shortcake best. Pantler's one is superb.
Cream was like snow and sponge cake melted in my mouth as soon as I ate.
The strawberry....that was different from Singapore's it. It was really flavourful!
I was happy to eat such delicious sweets. Thanks 🙏

Kajiken@Tanjong Pagar

Hi, how was your Tuesday?
In Japan, earthquake happened this morning and small Tsunami occurred. I worried about it .
Fortunately No one died this disaster.

I like dry noodle better than soup one. I tried mazesoba at Kajiken.
There was at Orchid Hotel in Tanjong Pagar.
Kajiken is famous for Taiwan mazesoba. There are some stall in Japan, but first time for me.
I had Original Mazesoba. That was like Korean cold noodle.
But that wasn't like it at all. Before eat, I had to mix 20 Sec.
And The taste was rich , noodle was chewy. I ate it right up.
At the end, I asked oimeshi, and mixed with sauce. That was simplest dish but nice.
I had a great lunch time. Thanks.

Please don't confuse Japan Foods Garden with Japan Food Town.
Garden is show centre, Town is Wisma Atria.

In this time, I had Tendon at Tenka in Japan Food Town.
Tendon was weekday promotions $13.8++.

Prawn and vegetable tempura were on the rice. For me, that portion was good, but some people feel small. The source was nice, sweet and flavourful. If you want much more sources , you can pour it on your own.  And there was japanese pickles on the table, it was free. I loved it very much.
