There are a lot of Japanese Ramen stalls in Singapore, for example Tsuta, Champion, Ippudo... And Jimoto-ya is newest one. It comes from Hokkaido and prawn based soup Ramen.
The stall was very beautiful! The entrance was decorated with cutting wood, interior was modern Japanese style.
I had a Ebi- ship Ramen$16. The soup was aromatic, it was completely different from prawn noodle in Singapore. Of course I like both, but ebi-ship was quite different from prawn noodle! You definitely try it, it makes you astonishing.
