I’ve not liked Laksa, I thought it’s just spicy. But when I had Marine Parade Laksa, I changed my mind.
Famous Sungei Road Trishow Laksa is on of my best. There is on the 2nd floor at foodcourt. I got there 1pm, about 10people were queuing.
I had Laksa with Fan lobster $8, yummy. The soup was a little spicy and rich, I like this. The others had a Mee Siam, it also looked nice. I’ll try next time. This hawker have a lot of good stall, Ill come and try soon. Thanks.

Tong shui dessert @ people’s park centre
Hi, how’s your weekend? I have nothing special, chill out all day.
On weekdays I’m busier than weekends. So I enjoy relaxing on weekends.
I sometimes have Chinese sweets and I post about Tong Shui dessert at Peoples Park centre 2nd floor. When you come from Chinatown Point, you go through skyway on 2nd floor, and down the stairs, as soon as you get into people park centre, you can see the stall left side. There is another Chinese sweets stall next door, it’s also nice. But Tong shui dessert is better for foreigners.
I had mango pomelo sago with ice $4? and Ice jelly with soursop $3. They were cheap but portion were enough. It was delicious. Although table and seats were small, it’s good for just eat. Thanks.

Afternoon tea@Hong Lim Complex
I like local stall even sweets shop. There’re a lot of local muffins stall in Singapore. I’ve already posted some of them, they’re also nice. This time I tried lovely muffin stall at Hong Lim Complex 2nd floor. When you go there from Chinatown Complex 2nd floor, you can find the stall easily. Keep walking until you get corner, and the stall is at the corner.
Anyway I tried there 3 times. At first time, it was after 2pm, there was nothing. 2nd time, I got there a1:30pm, I could buy last one. Finally I got there 12pm, I got 10 kinds of muffins! The price was $1.2 each. It’s yummy. I had plum and Oreo, I didn’t feel it’s $1.2.
I really recommend this place. Thanks.

MERUTO Cheesecake @ Hong Lim Complex
I was happy today because I had a delicious cheesecake. I love cheesecake and the best one is rare type, next is baked, last one is soufflé type.
In this time, I got a good soufflé type one at Hong Lim Complex. It’s a completely similar to Japanese one. I got a Original $9.8, Oh, price is also same in Japan. That has smooth texture, simply and good. The store stuff was polite, and he is probably singaporean and speaks Japanese well. That’s impressive.

Sichuan style fragrant crab@ People's park complex
Have you eaten Chilli Crab in Singapore. You know, it's a famous Local food and almost tourist eat.
But for me Chilli Crab is expensive and it's not worth eating.
My friend took me cheap and nice Chinese food stall in Chinatown. There is on the 1st floor in People's park complex, and stall was opposite of maintenance.
There were 3 stalls, one drink stall, dim sum stall, and this one. I had fragrant spicy crab $25, and potatoes, eggplant, steamed fish head $13, fried rice. We were 5 person and pay $17 each.
All of them were big portion, I was almost full. The crab was nice, but it was hard to eat. Steamed fish head was good. I enjoyed cheap and nice Chinese food. Thanks.

Jimoto-ya
There are a lot of Japanese Ramen stalls in Singapore, for example Tsuta, Champion, Ippudo... And Jimoto-ya is newest one. It comes from Hokkaido and prawn based soup Ramen.
The stall was very beautiful! The entrance was decorated with cutting wood, interior was modern Japanese style.
I had a Ebi- ship Ramen$16. The soup was aromatic, it was completely different from prawn noodle in Singapore. Of course I like both, but ebi-ship was quite different from prawn noodle! You definitely try it, it makes you astonishing.
