Hello!
I'm very busy this week. Eating, shopping, cooking, but eating is the best of my life😋.
I went to high tea at Axis Bat & lounge in Mandarin Oriental.

 This is starter. Berry and orange.

 Cucumber, egg, octopus .

 Right one is Chili club.

 Scone and croted cream, lemon cream, jam.

 3 layer tray!

It was delicious. I was really full.

High tea: 15-17:00 pm, $41 per person with 15%discount.

Zion Road Fried Kway Teow

Hello.
Today, I went to Zion river side food centre, it was 2nd time for me.
This time I tried fried Kway Teow .
Actually, I have never eaten it. So I thought it was like fried noodle.
But it was different that.

The yellow noodle and pho? was inside, taste was not salty but little spicy.
Bean sprout and shellfish, egg were used.
Well, it was not bad. This dish was freshly made, it was so nice.
There was Long que,I infer  this stall was popular .

By the way, do you know yakisoba?
It's fried noodle with sauce. Fried Kway Teow is similar .
But yakisoba is more aromatic for some toppings.
If I sell yakisoba in Singapore, it will sell well.

The providore @ Tangs

Hello.
I often go Ion Orchard , but I rarely go Tangs.
Because Tangs is too fancy to me, and there aren't any grocery shop.
But I have already lived here for half a year. I should more explore anywhere.

So, I went The Providore at 2nd floor in Tangs.
As I was after lunch, I had just chai latte.

Though there was beside escalator, it was not so noisy.
It was very comfortable for me.
Chai latte was good. Thanks.

Hi, how are you ?

Do you like Vietnam food?
Actually I can't recognize Vietnam and Thai food😅
But both of them have sour and spicy, and I like it.

I went to So Pho at Paragon in Orchard, it was Vietnam restaurant.
I had spring roll, fried rice, beef pho, mango salad, mango desert.

All of them were not too spicy, I like their tast.
Fried rice was good flavour , I couldn't stop to eat!
Mango salad... Oh, it was my first experience , so yummy.
Pho was sticky and nice.

Dessert was this, I forgot name. I have eaten it in golden mile complex.
Is it Thai food?
Anyway, this was yummy too, but little solty.

Yunomori spa

Hello.
I went to Yunomori spa in Kallang.
It's Japanese style bath. There are some type of bath like that
Jet bath
Bubble bath
Silk bath: with tiny bubbles
Soda bath: with carbon dioxide

Adult:$38+
Child under 15: $28+

I took the onsen bath for the first time in a while.
I really relaxed. Offcourse, people don't wear swimsuits in Japanese style bath .
I was naked but someone wear swimsuits! Oh got...

There were 2facilities out of the spa.
Relaxing lounge had a lot of sofa. We could veg out there.

Cafe was good. A lot of Japanese food were served with good price.

Delicious : breakfast

Hi, what are you doing?
I'm good, but I'm worried about something.
I think I should smile in hard time.
To eat is made me happy! Lets enjoy it .

So, I have been to Delicious before. The sweets were nice.
In this time, I tried breakfast. There were 4 kind of it, but 2 of them were out of stock.
I had soufflé pan cake set $ 9.9 include hot coffee or tea.
I had latte with TOP up $1.

Soufflé pancake which was hot from oven was delicious.
Softly and aromatic! It had a texture  like snow melting in the mouth.
I ate it with whippe cream or maple syrup. Soooo yummy!

I think it's price and taste are very good.
Let's go there at 8-10am!

Zion riverside food centre

How are you doing?
Are you going to F1? I've never seen it, though in Japan, it's held in Fuji& Suzuka.
I heard, the weather has rained often is occured by Singapore government ,
because to keep clean atmosphere for F1, really?

By the way, I went to Zion Riverside Food Centre. There was near the Great World" City.
I would like to try prawn noodle.
The stall was "Noo Cheng Adam Road Prawn Noodle"
There were $5, 6, 8 ...?, several price of prawn noodle.
I had $6 and yellow noodle, dry type.

The chewy noodle was served with onion tip, that was very good.
The soup was creamy and good smell.
Though prawn was sliced, it was easy to eat.

I had dragon fruit&sour sop juice $ 3.5. It was delicious too.
I had happy lunch time, thanks.

How are you doing?
I'm good, but it has rained often recently.
Has the rainy season begun already?

In the hard rain, I went to Little India.
The street was decorated to Dippvali festival, it was very beautiful.
I saw some TV shooting there.
One of them was shooting dance, other one was coffee shop, and Tekka market.
I didn't know what happened there.

I knew the Musterd which was the popular Indian restaurant was very famous in Japanese.
I made reservation at lunch.
Oh, I was surprised! There were full and only Japanese !!

I had a signatures coconut prawn curry, handkachief nann, chicken biryani, and mango lassi.
Coconut prawn curry was really good, not too hot and sweet. I love it!
The others were not bad.
I would like to order 2 coconut prawn curry next time.

moon cake by minamoto kitchoan

Hi.
Today is mid-autumn festival.
I got a moon cake by minamoto kitchoan.
Not unlikely, it's from Kyoto Japan.  needless to say, it's really famous in Japan.

I got 4 taste of moon cake, peach, fruit, earl gray, maccha.
Sorry as it was present, so I didn't know the price.
They were baked type moon cake which incide was kidney beans paste.
It was moderated suger, and I liked it.

Japan food garden

Hello!

I found the Japan food garden at show centre.
I had gone Japan food town before. It's similar name, isn't it?
I think many people confused it.

At all, I went to there.
There were some stall, curry, soba, eel, steak, sushi.
I tried curry and eel.

Do you know what eel is?
It's typical Japanese food, eel was broiled by charcoal.
It is basted with sweet soy sauce. I love it, but in Japan, it increase in cost.
Because eel catch declining .

But in this stall, Unagi seiro was $14! Now( u.p. $28).
I felt , this Unagi was thin. I prefer more thick, I disappointed it.

Next one was curry, I had Katsu curry $ 13.8.
It was very nice, little spicy and Katsu was crispy.
It was ordinary Japanese curry rice.
I got free late! I'm so happy.

Hello. It was a great day. '
As the weather was not good lately, I feel god today.

I'll tell you about Delicius which is Japanese cake shop.
There is at Lau Pa Sat  in Raffles quay ,
I went there to buy some gift for my Friend.
There were many cookies, muffin, pie, they were already wrapped for gift, and good price
I bought chocolate cookies and Langue de chat, about $7-8 each.

I also bought mango pudding $4, cream brûlée $5?
It was delicious.
In added, I found the breakfast menu $10. That looks good, doesn't it?

PS cafe

Hello!
Today's second post is PS cafe at  Palais Renaissance in Orchard.
Many people told me that this is nice place, so I was looking forward to go there.

I had some signature dishes. PS potato, Salad, pasta, sandwitch .
They were big and good taste. Especially, sandwitch was nice.

Then I had some cakes, double chocolate? and nutty one.
Oh, they were too sweet, I didn't like that.
 We were 4, and paid $44 each.
I would like to try another type of cake next time. Thanks!

Rose velanda

Hi, what are you doing this week end?
I'm vessiting out all day, because my phone data  limit was exceeded.
So I can't play Pokemon go at 4G area.

I'll tell you about high tea in rose velanda.
As you know, rose velanda is in Shangri-La hotel.
It is high- class hotel, and it has luxury entrance.

I made reservation at 11:30,  some costumer were there.
And after 13:00, it was almost full, so I recommend you should make reservation.

I could choice 2 kind of tea or coffee .
And the waitress often fill up the tea pot.
Tea menu was over 100, so I'm not sure, what I should to drink.

The meal was favious, dim sum, laksa, sushi, salads, sandwiches, waffles.
Off course sweets were nice. Chocolate fountain, Cakes, Jerry ,

But there were not eye-Catcher meal. It was rather ordinary .
Oh, waitress were very beautiful and kind.they were good.

Ah chew desserts

How are you today?

I'll tell you about Ah chew desserts in Bugis.
I would like to go have a mango pomelo sago here.
As I like it , I want to compare it and the other one.
Of all the mango pomelo sago I've eaten, the best one is Tim Ho Wan.
I felt pure and concentrate mango taste, I prefer it.

How about Ah Chew Dessert?
It was nice! I felt fresh , but little weak.

The ordering system was little difficult for me.
At first, when I sat down the seat, a water passed me the order sheet.
The menu's words were a quite small and it was too hard to read for elder people like me.
I asked to order, but I couldn't it on seat.
I had to go to the counter.
The ordering system was not useful for me.

Uniqlo flagship store

How are you doing?

I was looking forward to open the Uniqlo flagship store at Somerset.
On 2nd Sep, it was finally opened.
I went there and got in line. Because the first 500 customer can get gift toto bag.
A lot of people made que, but I got gift.

When I entered the shop, I saw the man whom I've met somewhere.
Oh,he is Mr. Yanai!
Mr. Yanai who is CEO of Uniqlo is really famous in Japan.
He is the most rich person in japan and legendary manager.
I've saw him on TV and news paper before.
I was really surprised!!
I asked him to take a picture together. He was very kind for me.
I was so lucky!

Yakiniku Ao chan

What have you been up to?

Zika's news was surprised for me, I hope it will stop soon.

Let me introduce about Japanese BBQ today.
Have you eaten it before? We called it Yakiniku.
The origin of Yakiniku is Korea, but it's developed in Japan.
Most of Japanese like Yakiniku, but it's little expensive so we can't eat often.

I had given up to eat Yakiniku in Singapore.
But I finally found the good Yakiniku restaurant!
Yakiniku Aochan is in Concord hotel at Somerset.
I went to lunch time. All lunch set was include potato salad, soup, desert.
I had Aochan set $ 20.8++, include karbi, tongue, bibimpab(Korean rice dish).

It was delicious, and I was really full.
This restaurant grill was good, it was no smoking grill. So I can eat not to mind the smell.
I recommend this restaurant.
