Tim Ho Wan@Plaza Singapura

How's your Tuesday?

I had Chinese foods twice last week, so I'll report it.
The 1st was Tim Ho Wan which got 1star from Michelin.
There is in Plaza Singapura in Dohby Goht. I had had mango pomelo sago before, and it was very nice. So This time I went there to eat dessert. On lunchtime, there is always Long que, but this time I had no waiting time therefore it was tea time.
When I saw the menu, I was surprised. Because there wasn't mango pomelo sago. The menu were changed.
By the way, I had a steamed egg cake which was one of the signature dishes, and tonic medlar & Isma thus jelly, Almond cream and 2of Chinese tea. The total was $17, and though we were 2 person, $8.5 each. I had cheap tea time.
The best was steamed egg cake, it was fluffy and slightly sweet. Osmanthus jelly, it was my 1st experience. I don't know to eat the osmanthus. The Lyceum have to jelly a little bit of kick. The almond cream was like melt almond jelly. I prefer solid type. Anyway, as Michelin award, it was so good. Thanks.
