Did you get off the MRT at Bendemeer. It’s beside on the Jalan Besar and you can get some tasty. Dim Sum Haus is one of them, there’s across on the street. Since this stall is new , I can take my children. My kids don’t like old and open air stall, even it’s delicious.
Anyway this dim sum restaurant is clean and bright. It’s comfortable for me. I had some ordinarily dim sum dishes. Everything was good and reasonable price, expected impolite shoppers. If you don’t care of that, I definitely recommend this place. Thanks.

Cafe de Pari’s@313Somerset
Have you seen Cafe de Paris post recently? I sometimes saw them on blog, Instagram.., it’s lovely fruit bonbons. I couldn’t wait to eat, so I went.
There was on the basement 1 and I went there on weekdays afternoon , there weren’t a lot of customer in there. I ordered strawberry $17.8, after ordered, the shopper cut the fruit to prepare. Look at the beautiful bonbon. They made it with Korean strawberry, the colour wasn’t good but sweet. I took a lot of photos , their table and chairs also cute. Thanks.

Suan thai@ Killiney Road
Hi, it’s a great day today.
Today I post nice Thai restaurant. There’s beside on the Killiney Rd. I knew here from Japanese blog, perhaps it’s famous in Japanese. I had set lunch $10.8++ prawn stir fried with eggs and rice, add $1.8++ Iced lemon tea. The dish was delicious, eggs were fluffy and flavourful. I forgot the name in Thai, but it’s not spicy and I will try it again! Thanks.

Shi Li Fang @ Westcoast Plaza
I miss Autumn in Japan, there are a lot of seasonal food. For instance , Kyodo grapes, Fuji Apple, sweet potato, grilled saury...oh, mouth watering. In Singapore, I don’t feel Autumn except to show window.
Though it’s hot today, I felt like eating hotpot. Shi Li Fang have several branches in Singapore. One of the branches is on 2nd floor in West Coast Plaza. I had $9.9++set, include soups, vegetable, noodle, meat, and drink. I could choose a kind of noodle, meat, soup, drink from several kind of them. The others had a handmade noodle, and staff made it in front of the costumers. It’s like Hai Di Lao, but performance was quite different. HiDi Lao was better than Shi Li Fang, that’s why the price was also different. The Hotpot was good, perhaps I won’t have another pricey Hotpot. This one is good for me, I like this Hotpot. Thanks. These photos are 2set.

PocoLoco Pizzeria @ Golden Mile Tower
Since I couldn’t wait to go to PocoLoco pizzeria, I went there next day.
There was on basement, in front of escalator, you can find it easily.
It’s at 2pm on weekdays, there’s no customer, you don’t have to make reservation.
I ordered Burrata $16, calamari $7,Pizza Al Funghi $12.
I disappointed about Calamari, it’s small and not fresh. And Ang Mo Kio’s Burrata was better than Golden Mile. The Pizza, it’s good ,worth eating. Thanks.
Pocoloco @Ang Mo Kio
Hi, it’s rainy every day, what are you doing.
I like Italian, but some of Italian restaurants are fancy in city area. I’m looking forward to casual Italian, expect Saizeriya. As you know, it’s Japanese-Italian.
My Japanese Friend recommended me Pocoloco in Ang Mo Kio. She noticed me that I need reservations on weekend, so I went there weekdays lunchtime with reservation.
It’s a small restaurant in HDB area and when we arrived there , the tables were full. I felt relieved to make reservation.
Their price were good, it’s really casual. I had Burrata $16, Caeser salad $7 and some pasta under $15. The Burrata was delicious and beautiful! Salad and pasta also good. There was only one problem , they didn’t have plain water, so I must order something to drink. Anyway I like Pocoloco, And I heard they have pizzeria, I’ll try! Thanks.

Founder Bak Kut Teh@ Balestier Rd
OMG, I’m tired of writing about Balestier Rd, there are so many interesting stalls. I couldn’t visit all of them 1day.
Founder Bak Kut Teh is one of the famous Bak Kut Teh in Singapore. There are some branches, and here is a Original one. There are a lot of photos on the wall, perhaps the founder and famous people.
The Bak Kut Teh was a little spicy, it was as good as Song fa and other stall. In my opinion, 333 is the best one, 2nd is Song fa as of now. Thanks.

333 Bak Kut Teh
I like BAK Kut Teh, but almost them are hot for me. I tried Song fa and Ya Hua one, it certainly delicious, and I’m looking forward to non spicy one.
333Bak Kut Teh was served nice one. It was yummy and not so spicy. The stall is beside on Balestier Rd, and amazingly, when you get off the bus, you can get there immediately. Out side tables were closed to bus stop. I heard it opened 24h, very convenient! Thanks.

Loong Fatt @ Balestier Rd
When I explored Balestier Rd, it made me feel yearning for my old days.
I visited Loong Fatt which was famous for bean paste pastry. I had sweet and salty $0.8 each, they were fresh and hot. I’ve tried same sweets in Japan as local sweet souvenirs. For example, Kumamoto, Kyoto, Oita prefecture. I think it’s from China, but nowadays popular in Asia. Thanks.

Mellower coffee @ Bugis
Suddenly I want to eat cotton candy. In Japan, I can eat it easily, at family restaurant, festival etc. Finally I found it in some Instagram. Perhaps it’s a hipster cafe...make a brave try.
Mellower coffee is beside on the Victoria Street, next to Bugis+. You can use second floor and they have a lot of cozy seats. Of course I had cotton candy with coffee named “ sweet little rain “ $9.8.
It’s amazing, how creative this coffee is. Though I hadto wait until the cotton candy were melt, I enjoyed them separate. The coffee was strong and flavourful. It’s better to add milk. The cotton candy was good! Thanks.

Tong shui dessert @ people’s park centre
Hi, how’s your weekend? I have nothing special, chill out all day.
On weekdays I’m busier than weekends. So I enjoy relaxing on weekends.
I sometimes have Chinese sweets and I post about Tong Shui dessert at Peoples Park centre 2nd floor. When you come from Chinatown Point, you go through skyway on 2nd floor, and down the stairs, as soon as you get into people park centre, you can see the stall left side. There is another Chinese sweets stall next door, it’s also nice. But Tong shui dessert is better for foreigners.
I had mango pomelo sago with ice $4? and Ice jelly with soursop $3. They were cheap but portion were enough. It was delicious. Although table and seats were small, it’s good for just eat. Thanks.

Afternoon tea@Hong Lim Complex
I like local stall even sweets shop. There’re a lot of local muffins stall in Singapore. I’ve already posted some of them, they’re also nice. Keep walking until you get corner, and the stall is at the corner.

MERUTO Cheesecake @ Hong Lim Complex
I was happy today because I had a delicious cheesecake. I love cheesecake and the best one is rare type, next is baked, last one is soufflé type.
In this time, I got a good soufflé type one at Hong Lim Complex. It’s a completely similar to Japanese one. I got a Original $9.8, Oh, price is also same in Japan. That has smooth texture, simply and good. The store stuff was polite, and he is probably singaporean and speaks Japanese well. That’s impressive.

Royal visit Singapore @ National Gallery
Prince of Wales and his wife are visiting Singapore. Since yesterday, they’ve visited some place, like Tiongbahru Market, school, Monument and so on. I caught an information, Prince of Wales would visit National Gallery in late afternoon. So I waited him at the maintenance. Without me, no one waited to Her Royal Highness. After 1hour, He appeared on the sky bridge, it’s far from my place, I couldn’t take good photos. And more after 30min, I waited him on narrow passageway, I could see him closely! I couldn’t say hello to him, but I took some great pictures. I’ve never forgotten the moment .
Have a good trip!
